We are, actually. The two of us were just incredibly busy with real life for a while. But we’re working on some new stuff to get this Tumblr back on track.
Dear non-fictional people,
Thank you for taking an interest in our project! This blog was inspired by (but is in no way affiliated with) Letters to Dead People. As you have probably noticed from the several posts we’ve made, our letters tend to be light and humorous in nature. We like pop culture and we hope you do, too.
1. Submissions (and questions) are accepted via our ask box, preferably in text format. We will publish them at our discretion so please don’t be offended if we don’t publish yours.
2. We also welcome letter suggestions but we may not get to your suggestion right away. Please be patient; we’re new.
3. The term ‘fictional people’ encompasses characters from literature, film, television, stage, and various other sources. We will have to draw the line at fanfiction and RPG characters, imaginary friends and Sims families.
That’s all, folks!

We don’t really want to get into a whole discussion about whether Holmes/Watson or Watson/Mary is more canon, but we just really enjoyed this submission. A big thank you to @ikatie for this letter.
Yes, we know we’re a day late. We spent quite a bit of time contemplating this one: should we write an introspective letter? An emotional letter? In the end we went with this because Fred was, above all, an optimistic prankster. We think it’s what he would have liked.
Happy 32nd birthday, Fred and George.
P.S. If you don’t like it, you can suck on a Puking Pastille.
